More about me
For many years I have coached and mentored dozens of Leaders, from those in their early careers to me becoming sparring partner to senior executives at Regional, President and Global levels. For more than 20 years I have been fortunate to gain credible experience with leading multinational companies, mainly in the Life Sciences and Professional Services Sector. Along my professional path, I have assumed Leadership Responsibility for Human Resources roles at Global and EMEA level having led teams myself and travelled extensively as a result. I was fortunate also to be seconded to London for a top tier Professional Services firm, providing incredible experience.
I live in Switzerland by the shores of beautiful Lake Lucerne. As a Leadership Coach I hold the International Coaching Certificate from INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France. INSEAD is one of the world’s leading and largest graduate Business Schools. My coaching languages are English and German. In addition, I have some knowledge of Spanish, Italian and French.
I am incredibly passionate about people and music. I play the trombone and played in concerts with a multi award winning UK wind orchestra, the Swiss Army and in various brass and wind ensembles. I have for a couple of years developed a genuine passion for running, training and practicing yoga. I am inspired by learning and exploring different cultures, their customs and cuisine.
